At Bouhajeb Axis, we stand behind the quality of our watches and accessories. Every item is inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our standards. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• All original packaging, tags, protective films, and accessories must be intact.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your package.

2. Provide your order details along with clear photos or a video showing the issue.

3. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Returns & Refunds Process

• Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition.

• Refund Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

• Payment Method: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

• Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Items returned after the 7-day window.

• Products showing signs of wear, physical damage, or missing original packaging.

• Items purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless damaged upon arrival).
